Sterling Sprau

MSPT, Clinic Manager

Sterling T. Sprau III, MSPT, graduated from Misericordia University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. He earned his Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy from Misericordia University in May 2006. Sterling joined PRO Rehabilitation Services in July 2002 as a Physical Therapy Aide in our Plains clinic while working his way through college. He was promoted to Wellness Director, and upon graduation became a Physical Therapist. He treated patients in our Plains clinic for three years. In December of 2012, Sterling was promoted to Clinic Manager of the Mountain Top clinic. In February 2015, Sterling became Clinic Manager of the PRO Rehabilitation Services facility in West Hazleton.

Sterling specializes in treatment of sports injuries, and has extensive experience in manual therapy, trigger point therapy, Active Release Techniques, and myofascial therapy. He is also a Graston Preferred Provider.

Sterling is an active member of his community, a volunteer for the American Heart Association Heart Walk, and a team captain for Shape Up PA. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, and resides in Mountaintop with his wife, Jill.
