Alexa Plevyak, PT, DPT, pursued her goal of becoming a Physical Therapist at Misericordia University. In December 2014, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelors of Science in Psychology, and in December of 2017, she earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Her clinical experiences afforded her the opportunity to treat patients of all ages. Growing up playing soccer and softball, as well as volunteering for the Challenger Baseball Organization as a child, shaped her interest for Physical Therapy.
Alexa joined PRO Rehab in March 2018 and is currently treating patients in the Clarks Summit and Tunkhannock clinics. Her passion for helping others and meeting new people gives her the motivation and the enthusiasm to treat each patient individually to allow for them to return to activities they enjoy doing. Alexa’s favorite activities include playing softball, watching the Boston Red Sox and the New York Rangers, going on cruises, and spending time with her friends and family.
