Ericka Hornak

Physical Therapist

Ericka M. Hornak, DPT, AIB-VR/CON, is the lead Physical Therapist at PRO Rehabilitation Services in our Dallas facility. Dr. Hornak graduated magna cum laude from Misericordia University in December 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences. She earned her Masters degree in Physical Therapy from Misericordia University in May 2009, and her doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2013. She was the captain and key player on the Misericordia Women's Basketball team, scoring over 1000 points in her career. She was inducted into the Misericordia University Sports Hall of Fame in 2020.

Dr. Hornak has a passion for patient care and creates individualized treatment programs for each of her patients. She is certified by the American Institute of Balance for both Vestibular and Concussion therapy. This focuses on inner ear/vertigo and balance deficits. She also has advanced training in the treatment of patients with Cancer diagnoses including post-surgical care.

Ericka resides in Dallas, PA with her husband, Matt, sons, Logan and Monroe, and daughters Kennedy and Sloane. She enjoys being a part of the local community through youth athletics and volunteering opportunities.
