Samantha Pavolko, DPT, CLT, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree from Misericordia University in 2023. She became a certified Lymphedema Therapist in April 2024 through the Norton School of Lymphatic Therapy. Samantha graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Science and Mathematics with a concentration in Physical Therapy and a minor in Chemistry from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2019, and while in college, she was involved with various clubs and sports, including IUP Women’s Club Soccer (Coach and Player), AMSA (American Medical Student Association), volunteer organizations, and was a Hospice Volunteer.
Sam joined PRO Rehab in February of 2024, and treats patients in our Moosic and Plains – River Street facilities. She specializes in General Orthopedics and Lymphedema Therapy. She lives in Wyoming, PA, with her fiancé Dan, a German Shepard named Ozzy, and their cat, Onyx. She enjoys being outside, working out, and hanging out with her family and friends!
