Abigail Jacobs

Physical Therapist Assistant

Abigail Jacobs, PTA, earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Penn State Hazleton in 2022. She is a graduate of Dallas High School, where she was very active in extracurricular activities, including being a member of the Art Club and showcasing her paintings in various events. During her senior year, Abigail was the President of the Peer Helpers and helped the organization run community events, as well as helped her peers cope with social and/or personal situations.

Abagail joined PRO Rehab as a student, completing a clinical in our Dallas facility from May to July of 2022. After becoming licensed, she started working as a PTA in our Plains facility, where she treats patients in both in aquatic and land therapy. She also enjoys working with orthopedic and geriatric patients.

Abagail lives in Shavertown with her parents, Stephanie and Kori, two sisters, Larissa and Ripley, and their cats, Sunny and Chloe. She enjoys the outdoors and finds joy hiking and spending time with her loved ones surrounding her. She has recently picked up gardening and learning how to create meals from her very own backyard.
