Carleena Wozniak

Occupational Therapist, OTR/L

Carleena Wozniak, MS,OTR/L, earned her Masters of Occupational Therapy degree from Messiah University in 2021, after earning her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from Bloomsburg University in 2017.

Carleena joined PRO Rehab as an Occupational Therapist in July of 2023 and primarily treats patients in our New Milford facility. She had previously worked as a Physical Therapy Aide in our Dallas and Moosic facilities before becoming an OT.

Carleena treats a variety of diagnoses, working with hand and upper extremities, body mechanics, work conditioning and lymphedema. She has experience in a variety of settings including school-based, home health and outpatient settings. She enjoys working with both children and adults and has a passion for learning.

Carleena resides with her family and dog in Edwardsville.
