Michele Lee Cassetori, OTR/L earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from College Misericordia in 1990. She received modalities certification in 1999, and received specialized training in upper extremity joint mobilizations and manual edema mobilizations. Michele earned her certification and practiced as a Certified Functional Capacity evaluator from 1999 to 2003.
Michele has extensive experience in work related injuries and body mechanics education including onsite industrial rehabilitation services. She developed a return to work program, which has greatly aided patients in the transition from rehabilitation to normal functionality at the workplace.
As Director of Occupational Therapy Services with PRO Rehabilitation Services since September 1999, Michele has provided leadership to the Occupational Therapy department in developing new programs in the areas of work conditioning, ADL retraining, body mechanics education, and hand therapy. In 2006 she completed training in the area of osteoporosis, and has developed a comprehensive treatment program to address posture, strength training and fall prevention.
