Melissa Frailey

Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Lymphedema Therapist

Melissa Frailey, PTA, CLT, earned her Physical Therapy Assistant degree from Penn State University in 2012, and her Lymphedema Certification from Norton School of Lymphedema Therapy in March of 2023. She primarily works as a Lymphedema Certified Therapist in our 2nd Plains location on River Street but has been with PRO Rehab as a PTA in several of our facilities since November of 2012. Melissa has treated a variety of conditions, including joint replacements, balance deficiency and aquatic therapy.
Melissa resides in Mountain Top with her 3 children. She enjoys being active in her community through sports, religious, and educational activities.
